In acknowledgment of the challenges faced by creatives and the lack of financial acknowledgment, MARS has established the Creative Pool. This program aims to rectify the situation by providing a platform for creatives to showcase their talents and be compensated for their contributions to the vibrant pop culture landscape. It’s not just an endeavour; it’s a movement to uplift and value the creative forces that enrich our community. Â

Over the past five years, Narindra Shivnauth has passionately captured cherished memories through the lens of his camera. His childhood, marked by lively adventures and explorations with friends in Guyana, laid the foundation for his curious spirit. Beginning with an iPhone, Narindra's journey into photography took flight during a trip to the United States, where breathtaking sceneries ignited his desire to preserve such moments. Armed with a Nikon p600 and later a Sony a7ii, he navigated challenges, from long working hours to acquiring quality camera gear. Inspired by renowned photographers, Narindra dreams of owning a photography studio and investing in drone technology. Through dedication and an unwavering commitment to improvement, he transforms photographs into captivating stories, shooting for the stars in the expansive realm of photography.
